Erlan Djumataev

Narcologist -psychiatrist

Since he was born in a family of physicians, his future career was predetermined. Only from the appearance and behavior of a person he can tell whether that is a drug addict or not.

He successfully combines work in the clinic and sports. He practices Aikido for 8 years, and has the first dan. One of the principles of Aikido says: "Respect your opponents", he reffers to this saying and  "You cannot do good, but at least, do not do evil."

In the memorable 1998 during the night shift, with the words "They came for me! Help me, Doctor," the patient, a true representative of all the criminals of that time, rushed to him. Having decided that the patient might've had hallucinations because of the pain and sleeping pills, the doctor decided to play along with him. When both of them tiptoed out into the hall of the clinic, the following picture appeared to them: at the end of the corridor they could see a dark figure of a man with a gun, who was moving towards them. They both got scared at that time. When a man with a gun came very close, it became clear that this was the patient's personal bodyguard, whose name is still unknown.
