The staff psychologist in real earnest is concerned: after the treatment Anatoliy will not have to find where to inject the needle, he will be clean. What if he will brake? - Raises the question. Everything is even more complicated by the fact that his girlfriend Ekaterina Antipova strongly depends on him as a person. The combined treatment and remission is like a rock climbing, where each climber depends not only on rifles, drove into the solid rock, and the strength of the ropes, but from a partner that can hang from the bottom or fly off the top. Anatoliy could easily fall from his inaccessible heights. His experience on the contrary, is excessive and deleterious.

In the fourth episode, everyone is concerned about the fact that "dude can wait." Time has stopped in the clinic, the newcomers - Ekaterina and Gleb think they get healthy at the end of the project. But the participants with the long abuse experience are questioning it: we do not remember and do not know ourselves without drugs – that is the refrain of their thoughts on this issue matter. Worse is the situation in which such talks develop and what motivates them for such talks. It seems like in any closed community, isolated from the outside world (as a result of which the participants are willing to give up everything they have for the moment on the internet, however communication with loved ones on the phone is still allowed in accordance with the schedule), patients are infected by one another with panic fear and anxiety.

The keynote of the series are perhaps two of the most unpleasant concerns: anxiety and fear. Anxiety and fear were first noticed on a group therapy session with Alex. The accuracy of the terms and the authentic concerns are not important. Important is the wave that passed the Italian's room, who denies such fears, to Viktor Malleker's room, who does not want to fall apart after the rehabilitation. Probably the group began to panic, because being in the clinic is turning into wearisome routine, there is a lot of time to think about the future.
