They know about the participants of the project more than anyone else. It is not surprising, because loggers of the project listened to the heroes of “Doctor Life” 24 hours a day. And it continued everyday within one and a half month.  By fixing all the conversations between patients and doctors and their assisting persons, they passed the most interesting moments to the project moderator. 

“Most of the participants spoke with slang, so it was a little bit hard to listen to them. I learned many slang words of drug addicts. It was the most hard to understand Anatoliy, Katya and Andrey, their lexicon was of course quite specific,” – says logger Jamilya. 

There were times when we had to decode the meaning of words said by the participants with the whole team. They worked in shifts for 12 hours. Something important could happen at any moment. All the brightest and the most meaningful dialogues were included in the episodes. Although it happened that some details were hidden.

“Once the Italian told Victor a story about how he used the nib that he got the drugs from a tall black man with a scar, when he was stopped by the policemen. Later when in the clinic he was asked where he got the hashish, his answer was exactly the same,” – shared logger Ekaterina.

On the very first days on the project, the participants tried to block their microphones. At such moments the sound-producers immediately ran to them. According to the agreement, the participants had no right to impede the filming process. After one-time warnings there were no such violations again. 

“At first, they acted a little constrained. Alex’s mother said that they even felt like monkeys in the zoo!”- shared Jamilya.

Loggers also had a hard time. They had to listen to everything:  champing, snoring and uncensored speech of the participants. Some curious moments also happened.

“Once I was listening to a conversation between Tolik and the Italian. So, there was something like: “I gathered Slavonians, humiliated the black men, hired a slut!” And then there were some unclear words. I didn’t understand what they were talking about, and when I looked into a camera, it turned out that they were playing cards!” – shared Ekaterina.

Every time, after knowing more and more about the participants, as many other members of the filming crew, the loggers also expressed some warm feelings towards each of the participant. While working hard in the “Doctor Life” project, they definitely put an input into the unique return of the participants to a healthy life free of drugs. Thanks to them, thousands of viewers can honestly and uncompromisingly observe the process of getting rid of drug addiction.
