The meeting was held in a warm and friendly manner, regardless its official format. Doctor and the Head of the Government discussed the line of critical issues and questions in the filed of anti-drug and anti-alcohol prophylactics and programs in the Republic of Tuva, and had agreed to cooperate jointly in this regards.

Mr. Sholban Kara-Ool, was grateful for professor’s humble will to help the republic with such complicated social problem as alcoholism and drug addiction.

I would like to use this opportunity and offer you to open a clinic here in our republic sharing your experience with our doctors in terms of treating drug and alcohol addiction- the Head of the Government stated.

According to Tuva’s statistical data, more than 6100 people suffer alcohol addiction and 30% out of this number are the women. It is a colossal problem, and we hope we can work on it more effectively with your help.  We are interested that our new generation is to grow healthy, and ready to become a pilot region in Russian Federation and provide you with the platform and all necessary in order to start practicing your treatment method here in Tuva. During my recent visit to Moscow, I had discussed this question with the Federal Structure and got a total approval and support, the Head of the Government Sholban Kara-Ool said.

At the finale of the meeting, Professor handed to the Head of the Government the Certificate of the World League Mind Free of Drugs and a sacred symbol of the League, a perfectly rounded boulder, the biological age of which is 350, 000 000 years.  The stone is symbolizing purity, consciousness and peace. The agreement on joint cooperation between the Republic of Tuva and the Medical Center of dr. Nazaraliev was also signed.
