Medical Center of doctor Nazaraliev in Bishkek will become a platform for training Tuvinian doctors. A group of doctors is planned to arrive to Bishkek in order to obtain the experience and learn about drug and alcohol abuse treatment technology used in the clinic of Dr. Nazaraliev. Besides, the additional medical office will be opening in Tuva, and a large social work and prophylactics are due to be implemented in the near future. Doctors, scientists, politicians, and all indifferent will be participating in this endeavor.

A legal protocol on mutual agreement and cooperation between the Government of Tuva and the World League “Mind Free of Drugs” was signed personally by the Head of the Tuva Mr. Sholban Kara Ool and professor Nazaraliev. The administration of Tuva is seriously focused on reforming narcology structure in the republic, in order to exclude such precedents when therapists are trying to provide treatment services to drug addicted patients. In a short period of time, we will try to develop the schemes of support for alcohol and drug addicted patients, - the Head of the Government says. We are willing to mobilize all possible resources to be able to provide our citizens to return to a normal life, and to protect our youth and a new generation from alcoholism and narcotization.

According to Jenishbek Nazaraliev, sharing the experience on help for co-dependent persons is also on the agenda.

Another vital step- is a possible formation of the rehabilitation community on the territory of Tuva, where patients in 1-2 years could slowly rehabilitate, socialize and adapt to a new life. At this very level, we suggest a thorough research of social life in Tuva. We need to clarify on what is the exact percentage of population who needs help, and how can we adopt our treatment technologies in the most effective and sufficient manner considering local mentality.

At this point, we will also work on possibility to create our branch in Siberia, which will be specializing on providing help and care for all Siberian regions.
