Monsieur Cognard answered several questions concerning the Doctor Life reality project and expressed his attitude towards drug addiction concerns:
- What do you think about the Doctor Life reality TV project?
Nowadays the concept of the Doctor Life project is original, finalized and actual. Disappointment, sickness, dependency are the key components of the script writing, and as for the Doctor Life project, it is no doubt a creative action that is addressed to the very of human being, to its relief. I like conceptual ideas that have relation to the reality but have nothing common with all other current reality shows. They force people to feel responsibility, to challenge the threat, known or unknown to him.
2. Does the project concept shock you?
Not at all! On the contrary, I was knocked dead. The project calls for the solidarity and love. To live means to face each other. How can one be shocked when others reach their hands to us. To dive in order to save someone is the only possible solution. Maybe this reality is the perfect opportunity to remind about it.
- In your opinion how will the French-speaking audience respond to the project?
I think we are causing a common topic. It is about the problem that is connected not only with the French-speaking population but the whole world. That’s why I consider the project as successful. There is thus a fear that every man experiences in the face of such thrilling and devastating issue as drug addiction. No matter where we were born, no matter what language we use it is related to us. We have to fight together and this indeed the message that finally will be sent.
4. Do you consider the Doctor Life project useful from the informative perspective, from the perspective of drug addiction or even the scientific point of view?
I am sure about it. I think that this is the mission of the project if there were any informative message and drug prevention, urge for searches, it would undoubtedly lose its significance(but not in this case). I am sure that this project will go beyond this borders and women, teenagers, men will find something to attract them. That will allow them to share hope and energy they will get consciously or unconsciously.
This project must have the value of Holy writings (as Gospel, for example) for which the magic of words is symbolic. They appeal to mankind. But again I may be repeated.
