'Your anti-drug TV-project deserves the highest appreciation and public acknowledgement. Television has become efficient measure to impact public opinion. I am certain that after watching 19-episodes of the project young drug-addicted people will undergo the whole course of treatment on voluntary basis. I think that it will be correct to attach federal status to the 19-episode series of the project and broadcast it in one of the centre-based televisions.
